On robotaxi it runs a 50/50 JV with DiDi Autonomous Driving (Guangzhou Andi Technology) that delivered the mass-produced R2 robotaxi at the GAC AION plant on Jan-23-2026 and secured road-test permits in Guangzhou and Beijing, and it also supplies Pony.ai's Gen-7 platform. Its distinguishing point is scaled automotive manufacturing feeding L4 robotaxi programs; the open question is whether these move from pilots/road tests to profitable commercial fleets.
