JAKA Robotics (founded 2014, Shanghai/Minhang) is a Chinese collaborative-robot (cobot) maker whose Zu, Pro, S and MiniCobo arm lines serve factory automation across automotive, electronics, 3C and new-energy sectors. It holds the largest domestic cobot share in China (~22% of units, 2025), serves marquee names including Toyota, Schneider Electric, Flex and Luxshare, and grew group revenue to nearly RMB 400M in 2024 (+14% YoY). The open question is profitability: 2024 net profit was only ~RMB 6M amid a China cobot price war, and its STAR Market IPO review was canceled just before the meeting on Aug-07-25.
