Shijia Photons supplies optical chips and devices for data-center connectivity, including FAUs for co-packaged optics, CW light sources for silicon photonics, and MPO/MMC products.
Shijia is a platform supplier of optical chips and devices rather than a module maker, expanding horizontally from a single PLC splitter chip into a range of passive and active chips, and vertically from wafer and chip into devices and transmission modules. FY2025 revenue was RMB 2.129 billion, up 98.15 percent, with net profit attributable RMB 372.23 million, up 473.25 percent. The mix shift is sharp: optical chips and devices reached RMB 1.591 billion, up 162.39 percent, now 74.73 percent of revenue. Overseas revenue was RMB 1.122 billion, up 300.34 percent, rising from 26 percent in 2024 to 52.69 percent in 2025, so exports now exceed domestic. Within optical chips and devices, AWG chips are the largest line at 42.26 percent, then PLC splitter chips 23.69 percent, DFB laser chips 15.24 percent and optical connectors 14.45 percent. Product status is mixed: MPO and MMC high-speed jumpers certified by the major global cabling firms and shipping in large volume; MT-FA for 800G and 1.6T partly in volume and partly in validation; high-channel FAU for CPO in small-volume shipment; and CW light sources for data center silicon photonics in small-volume supply. Q1 2026 revenue RMB 577 million, up 32.18 percent, net profit RMB 116 million, up 24.66 percent. Two setbacks: Q4 2025 net profit RMB 43 million fell 49 percent sequentially on asset impairment and US dollar exchange losses, and Q1 2026 operating cash flow was negative.
