Positioning

SiEngine is the only Chinese company producing 7nm automotive cockpit SoCs, and the Longying No.1 is the only 7nm chip of its kind fabricated by TSMC for this application. The chip carries eight CPU cores, a 14-core GPU and an 8 TOPS INT8 CNN engine, is AEC-Q100 Grade 3 with an ASIL-D safety island, and enables a single-chip cockpit-plus-parking platform driving four 4K or 2K screens with AVM and fully automatic parking. It has been designated into more than 20 mainstream models across Geely, Lynk and Co, Galaxy and FAW Hongqi, and the Geely Galaxy E5 was the first production cockpit-plus-parking platform on it; the EX5 has passed 210,000 units globally and launched in the UK. SiEngine states Longying No.1 was the first Chinese cockpit chip to win a large long-term overseas order, with Volkswagen. On the driving side, AD1000 and the entry-level AD800 entered mass production on 2025-12-26: 7nm, AEC-Q100, 250+ KDMIPS CPU, 512 TOPS NPU natively supporting Transformer models, scaling to 2,048 TOPS across four SoCs, targeting L2 through L4. In July 2026 it extended into robotics and industrial edge with the SE1000-I AIoT processor. Founded in 2018 by ECARX and Arm China.
