Space Pioneer, also known as Beijing Tianbing Technology or Tianbing Technology, is a Chinese private launch developer building medium-to-heavy liquid-fueled rockets and in-house kerosene-liquid-oxygen engines for commercial and national satellite-internet launch demand. It reached orbit with Tianlong-2 in Apr-23, raised nearly RMB 2.5 billion in new Pre-D and D financing in Oct-25, completed a Tianlong-3 sea-level propulsion-system test in Sep-25, and then failed Tianlong-3's maiden orbital flight on Apr-03-26 after the 2024 static-test accident. Its ecosystem reach includes Chinese state-linked and institutional investors, Zhangjiagang, Jiuquan and Haiyang launch infrastructure, and planned national satellite-constellation demand, but no independently verified recurring launch revenue or successful post-failure recovery flight is public.
